A blended learning training aims to enhance the digital and professional competence of RNs in home care and residential care facilities in the early detection, control and combat of mental health issues among clients in need of care as well as to strengthen their institutional implementation. This will enable RNs to better reach these clients and provide them with targeted support in accessing informal and formal service providers.
